Opening the 2026 Anniversary webinar series

In 2026, Baufritz celebrates a double anniversary: 130 years of building healthy homes in Germany and 20 years of Baufritz in the UK. To mark this special year, we are pleased to offer our UK clients a dedicated anniversary webinar series, covering key aspects of how we design and build bespoke, healthy homes in the UK.

The first webinar in 2026 is focused on floor plan design. Oliver Rehm, CEO and Head Architect at Baufritz UK, will guide you through the process of creating the perfect layout for your own Baufritz house. Drawing on over 30 years of experience as an architect and designer, he will share expert insights from his work designing homes in the UK and internationally.

Using real-life examples of Baufritz floor plans and interiors, Oliver will cover the general design process and practical aspects such as planning permission. He will also address key design considerations, including spatial organisation and functionality, the number and positioning of bedrooms, circulation, and the placement of staircases, doors, and windows.

The event will wrap up with a short Q&A.
