Adapting your house design

Baufritz is known for individually designed homes of the highest quality. Our in-house designers are also happy to work with your existing architectural plans. Thanks to their in-depth knowledge of our flexible modular construction system, they can redesign even complex house plans to fit. The focus is on preserving the aesthetics of the original plans while making any necessary modifications to suit the system. Maybe you wanted it smaller, larger, more complex or with added elements? Guaranteed costs and project timeline

An important factor when planning and designing your self-build are the costs. You want to know before you start building your architect designed home whether it will stay within budget. At Baufritz, we offer you fixed costs for the  house that will be guaranteed for 18 months, as well as a fixed timeline. We attribute great value to transparency. Our sales advisors and architects work with you throughout, keeping you up to date on any changes in costs so that you can see the implications on the budget straight away. That way, you can be sure there will be no unpleasant surprises.

Planning permission assured

We have more than two decades of experience working with councils and local authorities in different parts of the UK. As well as architectural drawings and the planning application itself, a number of specialist reports and surveys must be submitted to obtain planning permission for your home. Depending on the site specifics and the location, these can range from land contamination reports to bat surveys. Our house designers know their way around the complex planning system and work with you to obtain permission for your bespoke home. We have a 100% success rate in obtaining planning permission for designs that we have adapted to our system!
