House Mackintosh in the UK won the coveted prize for “Best Off-Site Manufactured Home” at the prestigious Build It Awards in 2021. Assessed by independent experts from the self-build and home renovation sector, the award recognizes outstanding and innovative projects. The judges also looked at the overall design and how the house addresses the owners’ needs.
Baufritz was presented with the accolade of “Architectural Design Company of the Year” by the Cambridgeshire Prestige Awards for its high quality, bespoke eco homes. The award recognizes businesses that offer customers a high level of service and expertise. The judges based their decision on quality, innovation, sustainability and consistency.
Baufritz won the German Golden Cube awards for off-site construction in the category “Green Design” for its show home “Langenargen”. The “Green Design” category recognises innovative houses that are particularly climate-friendly, ecological and healthy to live in, as well as fulfilling the highest sustainability standards.
Baufritz was presented with the prize for the “Best Off-Site Manufactured Home” at the 2019 Build It Awards for its house Woloszczuk. The award recognises innovation and excellence in the custom and self-build home sector. Like every Baufritz project, the Woloszczuks’ house was a major team effort involving the skills and efforts of designers, architects, engineers and builders.
Dagmar Fritz-Kramer won the accolade of “Entrepreneur Of The Year 2018”, presented once a year by the international accounting firm EY. The award recognises Baufritz as one of the most innovative and dynamic companies in Germany. Dagmar Fritz-Kramer received the award in the “services” category for bringing together her commitment to sustainability and ecology with economic success.
Baufritz won the Bavarian Founder’s Prize 2018 in the category “Special Prize”. We were presented with this accolade for our responsible business practices. “At Baufritz the focus is on environmental aspects and healthy construction methods for a more liveable future. At the same time, Baufritz shows a high regard for the greater good and for its employees,” according to Dr. Otto Beierl, CEO of LfA Förderbank Bayern.
Baufritz became the first and only construction company in the world to have entire wall, ceiling and roof elements certified by the NaturePlus eco-label. This independent organisation takes the entire life cycle into consideration as well as other factors such as the use of locally sourced materials. With this certification, Baufritz and NaturePlus have set new standards for the construction of healthy houses.
Baufritz was presented with the “Best Eco Home” by The Daily Telegraph’s Homebuilding and Renovating Awards. This annual competition recognizes homes that readers have built, extended or renovated.
Baufritz was the winner of the London Evening Standard New Homes Awards in the category “Best Eco Home” for its House Imagine.
Dagmar Fritz-Kramer was honoured by Bavarian Minister-President Horst Seehofer for her distinguished services in the ecological and social sector.
