"Here, wishes for a high lifestyle and for a dream home were carried out in typical American style. Characteristic are the magnificent wrap-around porch and the various, playful and romantic glass and window elements. As a climate protection house it also actively contributes to reducing CO2-emissions and thus to improving our world's climate. This wooden house will save more than 50 tonnes of CO2. This value corresponds to the average CO2-emissions of a mid-range vehicle over 20 years with an annual mileage of 10,000 km."

New England Style Home american dream

A dream house entirely in the "American Style"

Here the wishes for a high lifestyle and dream home were carried out with great enthusiasm in typical "American Style" by Baufritz designers.

The beautiful wrap-around porch is exceptional and the various, playful and romantic glass and window elements give the wood house its American charm. All the architectural details are elaborate, such as arched windows, canopies, the comfortable conservatory and the distinctive cross gable on the entry and garden sides.

Come in and experience the fascination of intelligent individual planning. An impressive entrance greets you. Here already one can sense the high expectations the interior designer has been working towards. Upon closer examination of the house plan, the experienced hand of a space planner can be quickly recognized. The exterior and interior form a perfect symbiosis. The living area shows a particular presence, offering comfortable living combined with the elegant conservatory in an area of over 70 m². The separate, spacious cooking area with practical pantry is an invitation to cook. For visiting friends and family there is a comfortable apartment with separate entrance located on the ground floor.
The three bedrooms upstairs are no less than grand - one has its own dressing room. The highlight, however, is a luxurious bathroom, including a free-standing designer bathtub with views of nature and an adjoining sauna to relax and unwind. The combined utility and storage rooms are both functional and practical. The generous fitness and hobby rooms in the basement of this eclectic wooden comfort house offer space for leisure activities.

As a climate protection house it also contributes actively to reducing CO2-emissions and thus to improving our world's climate. This wooden house will save more than 50 tonnes of CO2.
