Classic XL is an elegant, Palladian-style villa with an urban flair that is part of our Signature Homes concept of pre-designed house plans. The architecture follows the principles of Italian architect Andrea Palladio (1508-1580) with balanced proportions, a symmetrical arrangement and ornamental details. Elegant lines

Curves contrast with more formal lines inside the Classic XL house. The arrangement of the rooms around the winding staircase in the triple-height entrance hall is typical of classicist architecture. The texture of the picture frames and the colour scheme with a golden backdrop draws the eye. Of course, there are many other colour schemes to choose from.

In the very best light

Daylight streams into the triple-height entrance hall through this circular skylight at the top of the stunning staircase. Light plays a major part in the overall design, with large, floor-to-ceiling windows at the front and back of the house. The bedrooms on the top floor are built into the loft space with sloping ceilings and dormer windows.
