Combining the best of traditional and contemporary design, Barn M is part of our Signature Homes range of pre-designed homes and is geared to families who love living in the country. It is a two-storey, rectangular structure in a barn-style design that is ideally suited to a generous rural plot. The elegant, pitched roof can be covered with clay tiles or standing seam metal panels and the façade can be clad natural or stained timber, mineral render, natural stone or any combination of these. Inside, the ground floor is taken up by an inviting open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with large, glazed areas that allow plenty of natural light into the room. Upstairs there are four double bedrooms, three of which have en-suite bathrooms, and a study room. You can choose from a wide range of design options inside the house according to your personal preferences and tastes.

This house is designed as a two-storey barn with a pitched roof. It has a generous, open-plan kitchen with a living and dining space downstairs and four good-sized bedrooms upstairs. Our pre-designed plans provide a fixed framework, with a flexible choice of finishes and furnishings both inside and out to create the best possible home for your family.

A window of opportunity

This house is flooded with natural light through large, aluminium-clad wooden windows with triple glazing that make the most of the views. A skylight over the entrance hall with fixed glazing has solar shading to keep out the heat in summer. The house is carbon-neutral, with the option of installing photovoltaic panels on the roof.
