Part of our Signature Homes range of pre-designed house plans, Classic L follows the principles of Italian architect Andrea Palladio (1508-1580) with a focus on symmetry, proportion and balance. This spacious, six-bedroom family home has three floors and is suited to a large plot in an urban or suburban setting. Inside, the house also follows classical architectural principles, with rooms arranged symmetrically around a central entrance hall. Large, floor-to-ceiling windows allow plenty of natural daylight into the interiors. An open-plan kitchen, dining and living room at the back opens onto the garden. Other rooms can be used as a study, a library or a snug. Six generous bedrooms, some of which are en-suite, are spread over the two upper floors. This Palladian-style home is a contemporary take on a classical design with a symmetrical façade and a balanced window arrangement. The loft space is converted to create bedrooms with dormer windows. Customers have the option of embellishing the façade at the front and rear of the house with decorative mouldings.
