Classic M

Classic M is part of our pre-designed Signature Homes collection. It is a two-storey family home built in the Palladian style with a symmetrical façade and balanced proportions. The house is suited to an urban or suburban environment. Large, floor-to-ceiling windows allow plenty of natural daylight into the rooms. These are arranged around a triple-height entrance hall at the centre of the house with an elegant, curved staircase leading to the first floor and the basement. The ground floor comprises a cosy open-plan kitchen, dining and living room facing the garden, as well as an office, library and TV snug. The bedrooms on the first floor include a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and dressing room as well as three double rooms that share a bathroom. You can choose from a wide range of interior finishings to reflect your personal tastes, with options for the colour scheme, flooring and wall coverings, among others.

This pre-designed Classic M home is based on the principles of Italian Renaissance architect Andrea Palladio (1508-1580), who was best known for building country houses and villas with balanced proportions and a symmetrical arrangement of windows and doors. Customers have a wide range of design options, such as ornamental details or columns on the façade, different roof coverings and colour schemes.

The height of luxury

The centrepiece in this Classic M house is the triple-height entrance hall with an elegant spiral staircase leading to the upper floor and basement. The rooms on the ground and first floors are arranged around it to create a sense of balance and proportion that is typical of classicist architecture.

A round skylight over the staircase allows rays of sunlight to penetrate the house. At night, it offers a glimpse of the starry sky. The interplay of light and shade is an important design element in all Baufritz homes.
