Imagine

This urban home was built within a conservation area characterised by semi-detached brick and tile houses. From the road, the impression is of a modest home that sits well alongside the more conventional buildings in the neighbourhood. The modern reinterpritation of the bay window hints at the contemporary nature of the house. At the rear the design really comes into its own, with large windows and terraces overlooking the garden and views beyond.

A contemporary design respecting its urban setting

CEO Baufritz (UK) Ltd.

Oliver Rehm

"From the front, this home in north London blends with the architectural character of the surrounding area. However, at the rear, the contemporary design skilfully combines render and large glass elements that open onto the garden to create a direct link with nature. From the inside, occupants can enjoy the healthy, natural climate as well as wonderful views of the garden."
