The client chose to build this modern house on a generous plot of land with a park-like garden and mature trees. They wanted a home that is thoroughly contemporary and designed to make the most of the beautiful views. The house with a flat roof was built on the same spot as a previous bungalow and adjacent garages. Large south and west-facing windows lend the house a light, airy and healthy ambience all year round.
