How can six apartments be combined in a single building with maximum private open-air space? Baufritz have reflected carefully on how best to interweave these residential units. The concept spans two storeys and incorporates balconies or terraces offset from one another, facing south, south-west and west. High levels of comfort and convenience have been created in three different-sized flats through an ingenious interior layout. This makes for units that provide great quality of life however small your plot, and thus give great returns. You'll also benefit from the sustainable environmental balance sheet for Baufritz's timber buildings.

INGENUOUSLY INTERWOVEN

The larger the population in a country, the more densely it is built up. This is a challenge Baufritz have addressed, working with architecture professor Hans-Georg Stotz to seek innovative and sometimes surprising solutions while maintaining our usual high quality standards. Four different architecture concepts for multi-family buildings emerged from this cooperation; all have charm and sophistication, and within each one the individual occupants have a maximum of autonomy.

WHAT DO OUR CUSTOMERS WANT?

- Six residential units in a single building
- High levels of comfort through optimal interior layout
- A residential building as an investment

WHAT SOLUTIONS DO WE OFFER?

A one-bed apartment over 52m2, a two-bed apartment spanning 89m2 and a three-bed apartment across 115m2 – and all three on each of two storeys: our townhouse concept leaves flexibility for many different scenarios. Singles and couples will feel equally at home, as will small families, the self-employed and older people, as well as people with a disability looking for accessible housing.
The balconies and terraces are offset on each storey so that none is immediately above the other. They face south, south-west and west, ensuring all occupants can enjoy the sunshine. The rooms in the individual apartments are arranged to ensure that as little bedroom wall as possible is adjacent to the stairwell or neighbouring property.

Our creative implementation and cost calculations are driven by you knowing exactly what you want. So take a look at our ideas and designs for some inspiration: we provide detailed examples of how multi-family architecture can be cleverly conceived, in harmony with nature.

BAUFRITZ QUALITY MEANS VALUABLE PROPERTY, LONG TERM

Experts in banking and building single out Baufritz properties as having a high resale value. This value is created by their design, by their healthy construction method and certified cradle-to-cradle sustainability, and by their contribution to climate protection. These qualities can only appreciate in value: Baufritz buildings are well worth living and investing in, now and for future generations.

INTELLIGENT LONG-TERM COST SAVINGS

The flexibility of Baufritz architecture allows our buildings to be extended by a further floor. Features facilitating this include a hidden door frame which can be opened up as required. Another option is to make internal and external walls non load-bearing, which allows rooms to be changed or extended without difficulty on either side of the wall. This allows Baufritz homes the flexibility to fit your future plans and living arrangements.

All Baufritz buildings can be planned as accessible on request, either fully or in part.
