Design and Planning Application
Your Baufritz architect will design your new home to your personal taste, contact the relevant Planning Department and prepare your Planning Application. We also offer interior design advice right at the sampling stage.
We will also design the your basement and manage its construction, if you’d like.

Complete Project Management Package
Our partnering architects can offer an additional contract option to manage each stage of construction for you from groundworks and the connection of utilities, through basement or foundation slab construction, all the way to the construction and completion of your new home. This includes road closures, if required. We can also arrange for landscaping in conjunction with associated companies.
