Natural materials
Your home will be built with only natural, beautiful, pollutant free wood. Timber is not treated with hazardous chemicals such as toxic adhesives, waxes or lacquers and this has a direct impact on air quality and your wellbeing.

Baufritz has developed over the last fifteen years its own patented insulation material, made from wood shavings treated with only natural whey and soda to make them fire, fungus and pesticide resistant. Using only the natural and avoiding artificial fibres, ensures that in a Baufritz house your every breath is one of fresh, good air.

Good ventilation is also essential. Baufritz’s natural walls are able to breathe and thus extract condensation quicker than it is created. Maintaining the right moisture levels guarantees the right air quality inside the house and since dust mites cannot survive below 55% humidity, this can help people who are allergic to dust.
